As a Mechanical Engineer (M.Sc., Lublin University of Technology), my ambition is to translate sound theoretical knowledge directly into practical execution on-site. For me, what matters most is the seamless integration of precise planning and skilled craftsmanship.
I see myself as the technical bridge between the strict requirements of plant operators and the hands-on work of our teams on-site. My goal at O+G Industrieservice is to ensure that the highest quality and safety standards are not just planned on paper, but reliably implemented in every single task we perform.
HR Management
Dino Kopic, Human Resources Specialist
Behind every successful industrial project are skilled professionals who truly master their craft. With over 15 years of experience in human resources and my qualification as a certified trainer, my role at O+G Industrieservice is to ensure that our teams are optimally assembled, supported, and developed—from the initial planning stages through to long-term personnel development.
My particular focus is on the legally compliant management of contract staffing (AÜG) in Germany. I see myself as a dependable link between the high demands of our clients and the needs of our technical specialists. Through professional controlling and highly structured organization, I lay the foundation for a partnership based on trust and for our shared success on-site.
