What We Offer – Your Salary Package

• Strong Base Salary: €17.00 to €23.00 gross per hour – depending on your experience and qualifications.
• Maximum Net Income: Through the payment of per diems / meal allowances (Auslöse), you get the most out of your salary – tax-free and directly into your pocket!
• Free Accommodation: We organize and pay for proper accommodation at the work location. You pay €0 for overnight stays.
• Security: You will receive a permanent, full-time employment contract from day one.

Your Responsibilities

• Professional wiring and connection of control cabinets in large industrial plants.
• Assembly, installation, and commissioning of electrotechnical systems.
• Precise work according to technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Troubleshooting, fault resolution, and performing functional tests.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

• Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician (industrial engineering, power & building technology), Industrial Electrician, Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable electrotechnical qualification / professional experience.
• Practical experience in industrial installations and handling control cabinets.
• Good knowledge of German (necessary for safe and clear communication on construction sites).
• Willingness to travel: You are ready for assignments throughout Germany, with most construction sites located in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW).
• Reliability, an independent working style, and team spirit.
• Valid EU citizenship or a permanent German settlement permit.
