What we offer – Your salary package

We know what good assembly work is worth. That’s why we focus on a salary package that leaves you with serious money at the end of the month:

• Strong base salary: €19.00 gross per hour as a fixed foundation.
• Extremely high net income: Thanks to tax-free allowances (per diems), you will earn really good money!
  • If you organize your own accommodation, you will reach approx. €26.00 net per hour.
  • If we provide the accommodation for you, you will be at approx. €22.00 net per hour.
• Free accommodation: No stress after work – if requested, we will provide you with decent, free accommodation right at the work site in Belgium.
• Security & Perspective: A permanent, full-time employment contract from day one.
• Reliability: Punctual, accurate payroll – you can count on us!

Your responsibilities

• Preparation and precision fitting of piping systems according to isometrics (ISO) and technical drawings.
• Professional installation of flange connections, pipes, and valves in petrochemical plants.
• Independent execution of adjustment work and tack welding of components directly on-site.
• Strict compliance with the high quality and safety regulations (SCC/VCA) on the project site.

What you bring to the table

• Experience: You are a professional. 8 to 10 years of professional experience as a pipefitter in the petrochemical or heavy industry is desirable.
• Certificates: A valid SCC 018 Doc or VCA certificate is a mandatory requirement for site access!
• Language: You must be able to speak English to communicate safely and clearly on the international project in Antwerp. (German is a plus, but English is mandatory).
• Technical skills: You are absolutely confident in reading and interpreting isometrics.
• Commitment: Full willingness to travel for assignments in Belgium, reliability, and an independent work ethic.
